On 14 November 2006, Health Workforce became a "Quality Endorsed Company". We received a certificate of registration to the AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 for 3 years. Our certification number is QEC22348.

An auditor from SAI Global spent 3 days reviewing our quality management systems relating to document control, information management, management and staff commitment, customer focus, program and project delivery systems, internal review processes and our continuous improvement systems.

Comments made by the auditor in her report were:

• "The commitment from top management is commendable.
• Staff members have embraced the ISO system with enthusiasm and have produced excellent results.
• Evaluation processes are well structured and data readily available."
