THIS WORKSHOP IS NOW FULL

Target Audience: Rural Doctors and Nurses involved in emergency care of patients, either on a regular or infrequent basis.
Number of Delegates: 20 participants maximum (16 Doctors and 4 Nurses)
Format: The workshop will use a variety of teaching methods such as medium fidelity simulation, small group case studies, procedural skills stations and interactive lectures to cover a range of topics.
Presenters: Your facilitators come from a variety of specialist backgrounds including emergency physicians, general physicians and emergency nurses. All facilitators are certified crisis resource management trainers.
Program Sessions: Session Topics include: acute chest pain, arrhythmias, heart failure, emergency cardio version, interpreting ECG’s and external pacing.

Predisposing Activity: Pre reading involving case studies will be sent to you prior to the workshop.
