This practice is fully accredited with an exceptional team of practice nurses and reception/administration staff led by our experienced Practice Manager. Mixed billing and fully computerized, utilizing Best Practice Software.

Only 10km from Rockhampton, Gracemere boasts a more rural aspect and lifestyle. All essential facilities and shopping are available in Gracemere. The idyllic tropical Capricorn Coast is easily accessible by car with beautiful beaches and a wide range of accommodation and activities. There are a number of inspiring national parks within a short driving distance (E.g. Byfield Forest, Blackdown Tableland and Agnes Water). Gracemere has a population of over 8000 residents and services a larger rural area of 10000 plus people. Position Description:

Practice hours: 8.00am – 5.00pm Mon to Fri. 8.30 am – 12.00 midday, Sat.
Practice support: GMC provides GPs and registrars with an exceptional teaching environment encompassing a broad range of clinical presentations. GMC focuses on assisting our patients with chronic disease to attain their best health outcomes. Our nurses are experienced in the development of chronic disease management plans.

After Hours Requirements: 

Saturday Clinic is worked on a roster basis. So each GP only has to work 1 Saturday in every 6. Our GPs do not do any After hours emergency work.

Qualifications & Experience:

• AHPRA registration

• 3 years medical work experience
