this Practice is excited to be growing their team & are seeking a Registered Nurse to join their growing rural healthcare team in Charleville. Position Description:

Working alongside their GPs and healthcare team, you will contribute to a range of primary healthcare services, including:

• Health assessments and preventative care

• Chronic disease management

• Immunisations and wound care

• Patient education and health promotion

• Clinical procedures and general practice nursing 

Position Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

• Experience in general practice, rural healthcare, immunisation delivery or Best Practice software will be highly regarded but is not essential
