Position Highlights:
Excellent salary package comprising of a base salary up to $102,809 (commensurate with skills and experience) plus superannuation.

Position Description:
This organisation is now seeking Speech Pathologists to join their team in Mount Isa on a full-time basis. They have positions for Graduate and Experienced clinicians. Flexible working hours and Fly in Fly Out (FIFO) positions will be considered for the right applicant. As part of their supportive, diverse, and multidisciplinary team, you will be providing speech pathology services in regional North Qld. Working in collaboration with a range of specialists, to provide holistic care and long-term treatment and prevention strategies. You will work with a diverse range of clients, live and work in parts of Australia that many never get to see - set your own schedule and help the community members thrive through your care and expertise. Helping people who may not otherwise have access to healthcare and support, you will see the real difference your work makes in rural communities as you enable clients to live and receive high-quality care locally.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer standardised and informal assessments within a multidisciplinary team to determine the nature and extent of their speech, language, learning and communication disorders or swallowing difficulties
Provide treatment and management including ongoing therapy of speech, language, learning and communication disorders that may be developmental, part of a disability, acquired as a result of injury or disease
Deliver family centred early childhood intervention strategies
Position Requirements:
Registered, or eligible to obtain Speech Pathology Australia membership
Have a passion for providing quality healthcare to rural communities.
Eligible to obtain: A QLD blue card & NDIS worker screening
A current, unrestricted 'C' class Australian Driver's Licence;
The right to live and work in Australia
