Salaried full-time General Practitioner position in Bundaberg, Queensland
Join the award-winning and dynamic Medical Centre, which is delivering a unique holistic model of care in a state-of-the-art facility in Bundaberg, lifestyle capital of Queensland.
Practice Information:
This medical centre holds ISO Quality Management accreditation, is a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and in 2016 was named national Aboriginal Medical Service of the Year by Australian General Practice Accreditation Ltd (AGPAL). They provide services to both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders and non-Indigenous Australians, without discrimination. All of their services are culturally responsive and inclusive.
They are DWS registered - VR and non-VR GPs welcome. They offer a flexible working environment that can accommodate all levels of skill and experience, and their team of permanent GPs are all qualified as Supervisors.
The Centre has an extensive administration and support team overseen by the Practice Coordinator, and the Executives is involved in regular GP meetings to facilitate a proactive and responsive approach to continual improvement.

Current Specialist / Allied Health services include: Cardiology, Ophthalmology, Podiatry, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Endocrinology, Diabetes Education, Dietetics, Psychology, Acupuncture, Pathology, Midwifery and Pharmacy. In 2019, the Health & Wellbeing Gymnasium and Turkish Baths will open, and we will further expand our GP base as well as our range of Specialist / Allied Health services.

Position Description:

Salaried position of $84.62-$135.90 per hour (or $165,000-$265,000 per annum) depending on non-VR/VR status and experience/qualifications, plus percentage

Qualification and Experience:
They require:
Minimum three years’ experience as a General Practitioner
AHPRA registration and at least three years medical experience
A full-time GP
