The opportunity:
No two days are the same! As a Dietitian working for this organisation, you’ll:
Deliver personalised nutrition interventions – across a diverse caseload, including chronic disease management, paediatrics, aged care, home enteral nutrition, gut health, eating disorder nutrition management and more.
Experience variety in your work – with opportunities to provide services in clinics, community centres, schools, kindies, home visits, or via telehealth.
Support Indigenous health & rural communities – making a lasting impact where it’s needed most.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team – alongside Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Allied Health Assistants.
Develop your understanding of Sleep Health and its connection to nutrition – as a dietitian you will be part of the Sleep Health team, and will have the opportunity to deliver Sleep Studies and liaise with Sleep Specialists
Be involved in the Right Care Right Place initiative - dietitians play a key role in supporting those who struggle with disordered eating and eating disorders in communities

Salary Information:
$44 - $54 per hour.
About St George:
St George QLD is a rural town in the Shire of Balonne, South-West Queensland, it has a population of 3130 and is situated 513kms west of Brisbane, this places St George in the MMM 6 category of remote communities. St George also services several small townships within the Balonne Shire, these include Bollon, Dirranbandi, Hebel, Mungindi and Thallon. The town is a centre for a variety of agricultural industries including cotton, sheep, wheat, onions, garlic, corn, carrots and grapes. The largest industries by employment is agriculture, forestry and fishing.
