Exercise Physiologist - New or Recent Graduate - Cairns & Far North Queensland.
Job Type: Permanent – Full-Time (38 hours per week).

Ideal Candidate:
The practice is looking for a new or recent graduate Exercise Physiologist who is excited to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. Someone who thrives in a supportive team environment and is eager to develop their skills across a wide range of practice areas.
How you will be supported:
Weekly clinical supervision with an experienced exercise physiology supervisor
Fortnightly multidisciplinary clinical roundtables to collaborate and learn from across professions
Highly experienced senior clinical team from multiple disciplines, all under one roof
$2,000 annual CPD allowance for new and recent graduates
Non-clinical mentoring to support your career development and progression
Clear pathways to explore clinical passions and become a subject matter expert
Admin support that lets you focus on learning and client care
Opportunities for postgraduate support (e.g. Masters or specialty courses)
What you’ll do:
Provide exercise physiology assessment and intervention across a diverse caseload
Work closely with and learn from other allied health disciplines to deliver integrated, person-centred care
Contribute to innovative programs, including interdisciplinary pain rehabilitation
Deliver services in a modern clinic, with opportunities for community and outreach care

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology or equivalent qualification
Registration with ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia)
