We are a new Medical Centre located in Smithfield Village Shopping Centre, only 15 minutes from Cairns CBD and Cairns international Airport.

We are strategically located near new housing developments in Smithfield Village and at walking distance to Holy Cross Catholic Primary School, Smithfield State High School and Smithfield early learning centre. James Cook University Campus is 4 minutes' drive from the Medical centre

Being a new state-of-the-art Bulk Billing practice, located in an area where several young families are moving in (due to the new housing development) we are experiencing rapid patient growth.

Having just recently opened, we are working towards accreditation

We use Best practice software. A new pharmacy is opening next door. There is Free car parking, with disabled parking very close to the medical centre. There is a Counsellor within the shopping complex.

After Hours requirements

Current opening hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (We plan to increase open hours and open 7 days a week within the next few months).

Candidate profile

We are seeking to recruit a general practitioner for either a full time, or part time position will be considered for an immediate start.
