Practice Information:
This practice is a fully Bulk Billing general practice located in the fast-growing suburb of Gracemere, just 10 minutes drive outside Rockhampton. Established in 2005, it has since been locally owned and operated by the same General Practitioner.

This state of the art, purpose-built modern medical centre has: 

• 10 large and well-equipped consulting rooms 

• Large 4 bed Treatment room, with 2 dedicated procedure beds with professional procedure lighting and scrubbing area for doctors 

• QML pathology collection centre and allied health on-site 

• Other facilities such as a large lunch-room, separate staff and public toilets, dedicated assessment room 

• Full Nursing and Administration support. 

• Established and consistent patient base

The practice also independently runs the Rockhampton Respiratory Clinic and have recently opened and are running a Vaccine Clinic where their nurses are administering the COVID-19 AstraZeneca Vaccine.

About Gracemere:
Gracemere has a population of about 3,000 residents but services a larger rural area of 10,000 plus. The town has a Woolworth Centre with 10 specialty shops, as well as the older shopping area with Butcher, baker, hardware and also about 6 speciality shops. There are 2 public and 1 private primary school. High school is completed in Rockhampton.

Gracemere is a small town with a growing population located 10 minutes away from Rockhampton. Gracemere and has a daily bus service.
Rockhampton has a population of 65,000 and has an airport with multiple daily flights to major centres. There are 4 shopping complexes in Rockhampton, the Mall and other speciality shops. Sport and the Arts are very popular in Rockhampton and performed to an extremely high level. The area continues to produce many state and national players and performers.

The beautiful Capricorn coast is less than 1 hour drive and puts you in a relaxed tropical coastal paradise. The pace of life is more relaxed laid back than city living but with access to great facilities.

Position Description:
High percentage of billings. Negotiable. Full time position on offer. No after-hours work. We can also help with relocation if required, provide assistance with housing and transport. Partnership welcome.
