Position Description:

• Conduct thorough medical assessments, including taking medical histories, performing physical examinations, ordering diagnostic tests, and interpreting results.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including prescribing medications, recommending lifestyle modifications, and referring patients to specialists when necessary.

• Offer preventive care services, such as vaccinations, health screenings, and health education, to promote overall well-being.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records, ensuring the confidentiality and privacy of patient information.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff, to provide comprehensive care and optimize patient outcomes.
