Come for the life experience, stay for the lifestyle This organisationis currently looking for a Podiatrist to join their team in Mount Isa on a full-time basis.
Working as part of a supportive, diverse and multidisciplinary team, you will be providing Podiatry services to clients across Mount Isa and neighbouring communities, including everything from basic nail care, biomechanics, diabetes care and high risk cases.
A typical day will include:
Examining patients' feet to determine the nature and extent of conditions, deformities and injuries;
Treating foot disabilities caused by diseases such as diabetes, peripheral vascular disorders, rheumatoid arthritis and other neuropathies;
Recording patients' treatments and progress, and evaluating the effectiveness of clinical interventions; and
Assisting health and community groups by raising awareness of healthy lifestyles, disease and disability, and other health-related issues.
Helping those who may not otherwise receive healthcare and support, you’ll get to see the real difference your work makes in their lives, allowing clients to live and receive treatment locally.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you'll receive an attractive salary package starting at $88,680 for a Graduate, and up to $112,640 for an experienced Podiatrist, PLUS a range of additional benefits, including:
Up to $15,900 salary sacrificing;
Annual leave loading of 17.5%;
5 weeks annual leave; and
Relocation and accommodation assistance!
Please note:
You will need a current, unrestricted 'C' class Australian Driver's Licence;
You must have the right to live and work in Australia;
You will need to hold a combined blue card & NDIS worker screening (replacing yellow cards from 1 Feb 2021).
