Job Title: Registered Nurse - Dalby, Queensland.
Job Type: Permanent – Part-Time
Hours: Between 8am - 5pm, Monday – Friday
Practice Information:
This small, private practice in Dalby offers mixed billing and has a large focus on Chronic Disease Management.
Position Details:
As Registered Nurse, you will provide services such as:
Careplans (EPC)
Diabetic reviews
Asthma reviews
Health Assessments (elderly & children)
Immunisations - including COVID 19
You will also be required to complete patient paperwork such as:
Centrelink applications
Advanced Care Directive
Statement of Choices etc.
Providing support to the GPS & Admin Staff
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor of Nursing
Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
CPR Certificate
Salary Information:
$25 - $35 per hour on offer.
