Registered Nurse – New Grad or Experienced - Toowoomba, Queensland
Position Highlights:
$40.00 per hour – Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications)
Allocation of up to $500.00 per calendar year for attendance at continuing education activities, once the employee has been employed by the company for twelve months

Practice Information:
A group practice located 10 minutes from the Toowoomba CBD. The organisation is a mixed billing practice with a patient demographic ranging from birth through to the elderly. They offer a wide range of services including but not limited to childhood immunisations, chronic conditions management, men's and women's health, skin checks & skin excisions and monthly health promotions for preventative health involving the whole team.
Position Description:
The employee will contribute to enhancing the quality and delivery of health care by providing nursing services in the context of general practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with various Stakeholders
Manage the clinical environment by assisting the general practice to meet relevant standards and legislative requirements
Practice Management Support
Improve health outcomes by contributing to and enhancing the management and prevention of ill health
Clinical Role
Position Requirements - Mandatory:
New graduate or experienced Registered Nurse
Registered/Enrolled Nurse – with a current practising Certificate of Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
Minimum one year’s experience as a Registered/Enrolled Nurse
Professional indemnity cover Covered under practice indemnity
Demonstrated patient-focused approach in service provision
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
Ability to prioritise and organise
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
Possession of current C class drivers’ licence
Willingness to learn on the job
