Practice Information:
This service has over 30 years of experience providing exceptional Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology services to their clients. Their therapists are primarily mobile therapists, servicing clients in their school, day care, nursing home or home environments. As one of the original organisations in Australia to offer mobile therapy/community work, they is well known and held in high regard for our paediatric and mobile community work. However, in the last decade they have also built a stellar reputation in the Aged Care Adult Mental Health and Disability sectors. They are now emerging as the preferred provider for allied health assessments in many areas including:
My Aged Care home support assessments
Independent (comprehensive) Assessments Trial
AN-ACC residential aged care assessments
Pre and Post Surgery assessment trial (currently on hold)
Active Assessment Trial
NDIA Assessments for NDIS and many workforce assessments
The service works extensively with Aboriginal Medical Centres and in rural indigenous communities, conduct functional capacity assessments and deliver education and training programs to schools, preschools and other organisations.

Position Description:
The primary purpose of this position is to work predominantly with children, providing screening and assessments, individual and group therapy, teletherapy, and education in the Gatton and surrounding region. The role will suit a Speech Pathologist with a particular interest in working with young children with additional needs, and their families, but who is also looking for a diverse range of experience.

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Speech Pathologist
Speech Pathology Australia Certified Practising registration
A current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
A current WWC/ blue card
The ability to work independently and efficiently
Excellent communication, time management, and client management skills

Salary Information:
$90,000 - $110,000 per annum.
