Speech Pathologist – New Grad or Experienced - Dalby, Queensland.
Employment Type: Permanent – Full-Time or Part-Time.
Practice Information:
This locally owned and run multi-disciplinary allied health service delivers support across the lifespan to a variety of client groups. They are a practice of choice for many clients and referral partners due to the multidisciplinary focus and experience of the team. They are members of our local community, working with educational providers, health facilities and disability services to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
The multidisciplinary team is a mix of experienced and early career therapists, and the team invite you to join their family. They offer a modern, purpose-built workplace designed to support therapists through well-structured system, full administrative backing and access to therapy assistant support.
The speech pathology team includes three speech pathologists with combined 25+ years' experience who look forward to welcoming a new member to the team.
Position Description:
This role offers a diverse caseload across clinic, home, school, and community settings—giving you the flexibility to explore areas of clinical interest and tailor your service delivery to match client needs.
Therapists are supported to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a client-centred model. Whether you’re experienced or in the early stages of your career, you’ll be backed by a workplace that invests deeply in your growth and development.
Diverse Caseload: Work across a range of practice areas and environments, with flexibility to explore your areas of interest and tailor your caseload accordingly.
Deliver High Quality Evidence-Based Care: Deliver holistic, evidence-informed speech pathology services across lifespan and service models. Maintain high-quality documentation aligned with clinical and NDIS standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
Wanting to develop a broad range of speech pathology skills.
Love rural communities and have a passion for equitable service delivery.
Have membership (or eligibility) for Certified Practicing Member of Speech Pathology Australia.
Willingness to function autonomously and as part of a team.
Willingness to participate in self-development and ongoing training.
Recently graduated Speech Pathologists are encouraged to apply.
Position can be managed to suit part time or full time.
Position will be located in Dalby, Queensland, and travel may be an element of this role within the outreach context
