Each year, Health Workforce Queensland conducts a state-wide assessment of the remote and rural primary healthcare workforce which forms our annual Health Workforce Needs Assessment (HWNA). We are committed to leading the identification and response to the short, medium, and long-term challenges faced by health practitioners in remote, rural, and regional Queensland. Our surveys provide crucial insights from those on the ground.
