This practice is inviting a Vocationally Registered General Practitioner (FRACGP / FACRRM) to join their respected and thriving coastal practice in the Whitsundays, where professional satisfaction meets an exceptional lifestyle. Located just minutes from Airlie Beach, their well-established mixed billing practice offers strong patient demand, experienced clinical support and the opportunity to build a rewarding long-term practice while enjoying one of Australia’s most spectacular coastal regions

They are a collaborative medical practice where Doctors, Nurses and Administration staff work closely together, creating a supportive and professional environment for both clinicians and patients. 

It is a modern mixed billing practice providing comprehensive primary healthcare services. The clinic has a loyal and diverse patient base including families, retirees, workers and international visitors. Their doctors are supported by experienced Practice Nurses, efficient and organised administration team, modern consulting rooms and clinical systems and a collaborative group practice environment. The practice continues to experience steady growth, providing excellent patient demand for incoming doctors. 

Position Description: 
Due to continued growth and patient demand, they are welcoming applications from GPs who are looking to join a busy, well-supported practice in a highly desirable coastal location where collegiality and teamwork are highly valued

The role includes: 
• Comprehensive general practice consultations 
• Management of acute and chronic medical conditions 
• Preventative health care and health promotion 
• Minor procedures where appropriate 
• Continuity of care for a loyal patient community 

Essential Position Requirements:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner 

• FRACGP, FACRRM or equivalent preferred 

• Eligibility to provide Medicare services in Australia 

• Strong communication and patient care skills
