Practice Information:
This Practice was established in 1979and is a fully accredited medical facility with AGPAL. It has grown to 5FTE GPs, and is supported by 2 Nurses, 2FTE Receptionists, a Practice Manager, and onsite pathology. They offer a wide range of services including general medical consultations, chronic disease management, women’s and men’s health, children’s health, immunisations, travel medicine, iron infusions, wound management, skin checks, minor procedures, and preventative health checks. They are conveniently located in the heart of town, and just a short walk from the Rosewood train station.

Position Description: 
The Practice is seeking a motivated Practice Nurse who is passionate about providing high quality health services. 
Your role will include (but not limited to): -

• Immunisations (child, adult, and travel) 

• Assisting with procedures 

• Wound care 

• Maintaining infection control

• Sterilisation

• Cold chain management

• Stock management

• Various assessments (including over 75 Health assessments, First Nations assessments etc)

• Contribution to care plans and patient education

• Documentation 

• Working closely with fellow GP's and Practice Nurses

Position Requirements:

• Hold current, unconditional AHPRA registration

• Experience in General Practice preferred, or have a strong commitment to developing long term skills and experience

• Confident with technology

• Reliable

• Communicates well
