Practice Information:

Position Description:
Seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, support patient management, and contribute to the efficient operation of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care in accordance with current professional and clinical standards
Assist GP’s and other healthcare providers with patient assessments, treatments, and procedures
Perform clinical tasks including wound care, immunisations, blood draws, and vital signs monitoring
Educate patients on health management, medications, and preventive care
Maintain accurate and timely patient records in line with privacy and legal requirements
Support practice operations, including triage, patient flow management, and coordination of referrals
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities
Position Requirements:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse
Experience in a general practice, primary care, or community health setting preferred
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of patient care protocols
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
