Position Description:
This General Practice is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their friendly and professional team in the heart of the beautiful Whitsundays. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a well-established, modern general practice that values teamwork, quality patient care, and a supportive working environment. As a key member of their clinical team, you will work alongside experienced General Practitioners and Administration staff to deliver high-quality care to their diverse and growing patient community. Your role will involve a variety of nursing duties including immunisations, wound care, chronic disease management, health assessments, care plans, triage, and assisting with procedures, ensuring each patient receives attentive and professional care. They are looking for a Nurse who is organised, proactive, and passionate about community healthcare. Experience in general practice nursing is highly regarded, although nurses with strong clinical backgrounds and a willingness to learn will also be considered.
