Position Description:
They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join their team. This role is open to both experienced clinicians and recent graduates. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based speech pathology services to a diverse caseload, with the opportunity to specialise and grow your skills. You will work within their multidisciplinary team, collaborating with a range of professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised therapy plans for a diverse client population (children, adults, or both, depending on your experience and preference).
Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Prepare and maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical notes and reports.
Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to care.
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the positive and supportive culture of the practice.
Engage in ongoing professional development and actively seek opportunities for growth.
Manage a sustainable caseload with dedicated non-clinical time.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology.
Eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership.
A genuine passion for helping people and a commitment to providing high-quality client care.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
