Position Description: 
They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join their team. This role is open to both experienced clinicians and recent graduates. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based speech pathology services to a diverse caseload, with the opportunity to specialise and grow your skills. You will work within their multidisciplinary team, collaborating with a range of professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised therapy plans for a diverse client population (children, adults, or both, depending on your experience and preference). 

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions 

• Prepare and maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical notes and reports. 

• Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to care. 

• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the positive and supportive culture of the practice. 

• Engage in ongoing professional development and actively seek opportunities for growth. 

• Manage a sustainable caseload with dedicated non-clinical time.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Pathology. 

• Eligibility for Speech Pathology Australia membership. 

• A genuine passion for helping people and a commitment to providing high-quality client care. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. 

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.

Salary Information:
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
