Practice Information:
This group practice is a multidisciplinary allied health provider delivering Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Exercise Physiology and Dietetics services across Queensland. Their Toowoomba team operates within a collaborative group practice, providing services across clinic, home and community environments. The caseload spans the lifespan and includes Support at Home, aged care, NDIS and private clients, with a strong focus on functional outcomes, independence and participation. 

This role combines clinical practice with leadership, supporting both service delivery and team development. You will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team, contribute to mentoring clinicians and students, and play a key role in growing allied health services in the Toowoomba region. The practice has established referral pathways, strong administrative support, and flexibility for clinicians to develop areas of clinical interest or specialty.

Position Description: 

• Deliver occupational therapy or physiotherapy services across clinic and community settings

• Support clients across Support at Home, aged care, NDIS and private services

• Mentor and supervise clinicians and support student placements 

• Support day-to-day team coordination and clinical service delivery 

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary allied health team 

• Contribute to service development and regional growth

Position Requirements:

• AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist 

• Minimum 4+ years clinical experience preferred 

• Leadership or mentoring experience highly regarded 

• Experience working with mixed community caseloads 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills 

• Current driver's licence 

• NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain 

• COVID and flu vaccination evidence 

• Full working rights in Australia
