We provide workshops that deliver medical training specific to rural doctors, nurses and allied health professionals’educational needs. Our training events are developed by rural doctors and emergency specialists specifically for rural and remote conditions, in conjunction with the findings of our annual needs analysis survey. The interactive workshops are practical, held throughout Queensland, are procedural-based and use the latest simulation training technologies.
Participants may be eligible for the Rural and Remote Procedural Training Grant – check the Australian College for Rural and Remote Medicine (ACRRM) and the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) websites for further details.
Our workshops are designed for small group learning and limited numbers mean workshops fill up fast!
