Physiotherapist - New Grad or Experienced – Dalby, Queensland.

This locally owned multi-disciplinary allied health service delivers support to a variety of client groups. They are a practice of choice for many clients and referral partners due to our multidisciplinary focus and commitment to working with educational providers, health facilities and disability services to deliver the best outcomes for their clients.
Their current team is a mix of experienced and early career therapists, and they invite you to join their family – experiencing rewarding clinical practice, developing friendships and making real connections and friendships in the community.
You will be joining 4 x physiotherapists with combined 20+ years’ experience and three supportive therapy assistants.

Position Description:
Provide quality physiotherapy assessment and management, across a number of clinical areas - work with musculoskeletal/sports, neuro, orthopaedic, paediatric, disability, return-to-work, aged care client groups. We have established group-based rehabilitation programs and work both in the clinic and community-based settings.
Work collaboratively and effectively within a multidisciplinary team, which will include participating in physiotherapy specific and whole of team clinical meetings to ensure that Physiotherapy services are integrated, efficient and equitable for the community serviced.
Actively participate in provision of Physiotherapy services to local sporting clubs and community groups.
Commit to continued professional development to ensure that their physiotherapy services remain up-to-date and relevant.
You will be provided with education and guidance to ensure compliance with the multiple funding streams used in private practice.
Qualifications & Experience:
Have AHPRA registration (or eligibility for) and a Medicare Provider number.
Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Are Passionate about ongoing professional development.
Experience in private practice is preferred but not mandatory.
Recently graduated or soon to be graduated Physiotherapists are encouraged to apply.
After Hours Requirements:
Kept to a minimum - sports coverage and classes are shared amongst the whole team.
Salary Information:
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
