About the Role: 
Duties include:

• Patient triage

• Therapeutic care and treatment 

• Clinical data management

• Integration of service delivery 

• Planning and management of care 

• Providing information and feedback between the services, patients and GP 

• Patient advocacy 

• Infection control 

• Cold chain monitoring 

• Records management 

• Occupational health and safety 

• Accreditation process 

• Health information 

• Education 

• Self-care/self-management education 

• Immunisation 

• Recalls 

• Patient education 

• Systems management 

• Acute and chronic disease management 

• Assistance with procedures/Excisions

Position Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia 

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a GP setting preferred 

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families and the healthcare team 

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team 

• Commitment to continuing professional development and providing high-quality patient-centred care
