This July, we are launching our annual photo competition, in preparation for our 2020/2021 Annual Report.
We are searching for the perfect photos to fill our report pages and that’s why we need you!
HOW TO ENTER
1. Take a photograph that captures the unique landscape and/or people of rural Queensland. (Hint: We love animals)
Don’t forget to comply with the photograph requirements as listed in Section 4 of the Terms and Conditions.
2. Complete and save the below Entry Form
3. Send your completed Entry Form and photograph(s) to Health Workforce Queensland by 11:59pm (AEST) Friday 3 September, 2021 via:

Post: Annual Report Photo Competition, GPO Box 2523, Brisbane QLD 4001. (Note: Post entries will be accepted via USB).
Our competition runs from 1 July 2021 to 3 September 2021, so you have plenty of time to sharpen your photography skills.
PRIZES
The first prize winner will receive a $200.00 Visa gift card and the entrant’s photograph will be used as the cover of the Annual Report.
The runner-up will receive a $50.00 Visa gift card and the entrant’s photograph will be used as one of the internal cover pages of the Annual Report.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
To be eligible for the Annual Report Photo Competition, the entrant must be a permanent or temporary resident of a Queensland remote or rural community, or on placement in remote or rural Queensland and have personally taken the photograph submitted.
All of your photographs will be viewed by our team at Health Workforce Queensland.
