HWQ Board and Staff Awards Night 2022

The annual Health Workforce Queensland Board and Staff Awards evening was held on 25 November, and it was again a wonderful opportunity to regroup and celebrate the year. 

This evening provides the chance to recognise and acknowledge the staff or Board members who accumulated five years or more service to HWQ in 2022. 

Board Chair Dr Ross Maxwell began proceedings, then handed over to CEO Chris Mitchell to present the awards. This year we celebrated the following staff and Directors who have reached a number of milestones, including Mr Daniel Learoyd, Corporate Services Manager and Mrs Edna Reid, Administration Officer who have both contributed 20 years’ of service.

• Renee Masters, Training & Events Coordinator​ - 15 years 

• Sandra Bukumirovic, Health Workforce Solutions Team Leader - 10 years

• ​Emeritus Professor Rob Stable, Director - 10 years

• Evelyn Eteuati, Future Workforce Coordinator - 5 Years

• Melissa Brimelow​, Data & Evaluation Support Officer - 5 Years​
